1. Open to women in construction industry. 

2. In order to become a KWIBBB member, you must:

a) hold Malaysian citizenship;

b) attained the age of 18 years old;

c) reside or work or own land within the operating area of this cooperative; 

d) not be mentally disabled; 

e) not be an undischarged bankrupt;

f) not be a person whom conviction stands for a register-able offence; and 

g) not been expelled from membership under this Act and a period of one (1) year has not elapsed from the date of such expulsion.
